Not suspicious. when there aren't a lot of upsets, that means

most if not all of the guys who earned a qualifying spot for their conference wrestled their way in by placing high enough.

Generally the wild cards go to the guys who earned an AQ spot for the conference, but wound up not placing high enough in the conference tournament.
